SmartPA has appointed former Head of Centre of Excellence, Youssef Bejaoui, as Managing Director. Youssef’s appointment comes after SmartPA has achieved rapid growth over the last year, with the company looking to continue its performance and making large strides in further growing its market share globally. Youssef’s knowledge and experience in the business over the last 12 years will see him bring indispensable skills and ambition to his new role at SmartPA.
Commenting on the appointment, SmartPA CEO, Andrew Wright, said:
“Youssef has been an integral part of our organisation for a number of years since joining in 2011, and over the years, he has worked across all departments and has a deep understanding of the business and how it operates. Latterly, he grew our Centre of Excellence into a multi-million-pound department and delivered a global client services talent team. Working with myself, Stuart our newly appointed Chief Operating Officer, and Sarra our Chief Experience Officer, Youssef will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company, ensuring our strategies and objectives are delivered across the business, and most importantly, making sure SmartPA are providing the highest level of service to our global client base.“
