The executive team for the subsidiary we support were all originally based within the company's headquarters, located in Hong Kong. When the global pandemic hit, our client’s C-Suite was relocated, with the CEO moving to America and the COO relocating to Europe. 

With their CEO in America, the COO in Europe, and senior colleagues within the Asian HQ all operating across different time zones, it was no longer sustainable to deliver Executive support from Hong Kong.

In need of dedicated and effective support, our client, who had never used an outsourced PA company before, began searching online. SmartPA appealed to our client due to our agile approach and our ability to cover multiple time zones.
