Kev's Class Tuition Centre started during the pandemic in 2021 as an online tuition service, soon expanding to an in-person tuition centre, complete with snack station and games area.
Kev's Class creates a space that fosters learning in a fun and safe environment where children aged 5 years + can feel supported and develop a love of learning.
The Centre’s aim is to build confidence in learners as a means to long-term academic success.

The Challenge
“I noticed I was constantly backed-up with administrative tasks, working longer hours to try and keep on top of things whilst juggling running the business myself.”
Why SmartPA?
“It was actually a friend of mine who introduced me to the idea of sourcing a virtual PA as opposed to the traditional idea of hiring a receptionist or admin staff for the office. The most important thing to me was the credibility of whoever I was going to be working with going forward. We deal with very sensitive information from our clients, so it was really important that both the partner company and the actual PA who we’d be working with were knowledgeable and switched on. After researching and initially speaking with SmartPA it was evident that they’d be the right choice.”
How Kev's Class use SmartPA
“Our SmartPA Nicky has been absolutely fantastic – I have complete trust with her now so she runs my inbox herself and I have the confidence to just leave her to it. I don’t need to chase up or check-in which is exactly what I needed. We have also continuously grown the relationship gradually, so she now deals with payroll and rotas which is also massively beneficial for freeing up my time!
I have noticed over the time we’ve been supported by SmartPA that there is a willingness to learn new systems, Nicky has got stuck in as we use very individual systems, she was more than happy to get the job done and learn as we go. I also really like the benefit of having a team at SmartPA head office that I can bounce off for any other queries that may pop up.”

Looking Ahead and Tips for Other Businesses
“It’s comforting to know that I can utilise the SmartPA POD structure as we look to grow the relationship in the future. I am aware that there are loads of different means of support that SmartPA offers like Marketing etc. so I am excited to investigate that and see how much further we can go.
My tip for anyone else thinking about reaching out to SmartPA would be before starting the relationship, get a document prepared with training as it has been crucial with the PA’s learning. It also really helps to have clear communication on what you expect from the support and lay this out from the start.”
