Meet Bianca Solomon, a Business Support Executive based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Bianca worked in the legal sector for six years as a Legal Secretary and Family Law Mediator, bringing her drive and skillset to SmartPA! Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, while enjoying horse-riding or keeping active.

What attracted you to working for SmartPA? 

"I joined SmartPA as I really wanted to build a career for myself and after researching SmartPA and understanding their values, this was a team I definitely had to be a part of. I look forward to growing myself and building a career I can truly be proud of."

 

Tell us about the training and support you have received from SmartPA.

"The thing I love most about SmartPA is the unity as a team! This company really does care about the well-being of their employees and there is never a question too big or too small. There is always a helping hand and this really is a team that makes the dream work, in turn helping to provide the best possible service for our clients."

 

How has SmartPA helped you grow as an admin professional and as a person, and what are your plans for the future?

"My in-depth knowledge of the importance and impact of an administration role has grown substantially. I have learned about many different types of industries and how each one operates, building strong client relationships and providing exceptional service across a variety of sectors. My plans for the future is to continue growing within the SmartPA brand!!!"

Give us a favourite example of how you have helped a customer.

"Myself and a colleague work simultaneously together on a client and have built such a strong trusting working relationship with them that they have increased the tasks being delegated, increasing their account requirements and thanked us for all our hard work by treating us to a lovely spa day."

 

What’s the best thing about working for SmartPA?

"Being valued. SmartPA really acknowledges and rewards their employees, no job is too big or too small. It is a breath of fresh air truly being valued within a company."

"It’s definitely a company anyone would want to be a part of, the working and customer centric culture, environment and management team is simply the best.
